His funeral service will be held at The Parish Church of St John the Baptist, Market Place, Cirencester on Monday 19th December at 1.30pm.  A private committal will take place after the service.
There will be a retiring collection in Andy's memory for 'Longfield' and 'Cure CJD Campaign'.  Donations may also be made here or sent to Michael Gamble Funeral Directors, Station House, Station Road, Stroud, GL5 3AR.
Everyone is invited to join the family for refreshments at The Kings Head, Market Place, Cirencester after the service.
